IFLA Statement on the War in the Middle East
The International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA), established in 1948, is a global professional organisation dedicated to promoting the profession of landscape architecture and advancing the quality and sustainability of built and natural environments worldwide. Our mission is to advocate for safe, productive, inclusive and healthy environments. IFLA represents the international community of landscape architects, with 80 member associations across all regions of the world. We are committed to fostering peace, understanding, and cooperation worldwide.
Our hope is for a future where landscapes can unite people and communities in shared appreciation of the natural world, transcending political and geographical boundaries. Consequently, we call for an immediate end to this conflict.
