Patricia O’Donnell
Patricia founded Heritage Landscapes LLC, Preservation Planners & Landscape Architects in 1987. She has completed 600+ cultural landscape preservation and resilience plans and projects, applying best practices in cultural heritage and sustainable environment, society and economy. Implementation carried out through construction documents, staff and volunteer initiatives and management guidance.

Pamela Pagana
With over 11 years of experience in landscape architecture practice, L. Archt. Pamela Sarunya Pagana, has contributed well enough in the development and promotion of the profession through involvement in programs, advocacies, and events in the Philippines.
Pamela received her Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture at the University of the Philippines- Diliman. She now works in ALVEO Land Corp, one of the residential business groups of Ayala Land, Inc. who is the leading real estate developer in the Philippines. She is responsible for the landscape design management from planning to implementation. She is also one of the founders and consultant of a landscape design and build company Reverte Manila that was founded last August 2020.
Aside from her current work, she has been an active PALA Member and part of the Board of Officers since 2016. She became the 2021 National President and incumbent Head of the Professional Practice Committee of the Philippine Association of Landscape Architects (PALA). Some of her initiatives was to develop the Philippine Landscape Design Standards which are set to be published and the Memorandum of Understanding with the Landscape Contractors and Industry Specialists of the Philippines (LACISAP). She is also a Certified BERDE professional since 2021. She is also the Chairperson of the Professional Practice and Policy Committee in the International Federation of Landscape Architects- Asia Pacific Region (IFLA- APR) and on eof the Members for IFLA APR Professional Standards Working Group. Being active in the industry practices, she was able to establish different professional network locally and internationally.

Vicki is a professional with a diverse background spanning both corporate and not-for-profit sectors. With expertise in strategy, governance, marketing, and operational management, Vicki has consistently delivered exceptional results and fostered organisational success.
With extensive experience as the former Chief Operating Officer of the New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architects Tuia Pito Ora (NZILA), Vicki played a pivotal role in the institute's development and growth across all pillars, including tripling the membership, raising the profile of the profession through strategic communications, strengthening the brand and enhancing the membership value proposition.
In May 2023, Vicki was elected as an Honorary Fellow member of NZILA for dedication and outstanding service to supporting and developing NZILA.
Prior roles include positions such as Business Manager at Breast Cancer Cure and leadership roles at Flight Centre Travel Group, Vicki has demonstrated expertise in relationship building, procurement, marketing, business development, operational, and financial management.
Currently working as a consultant to a global company, Vicki is based in Auckland, New Zealand. She is committed to driving positive change and fostering high standards within organisations. With a passion for excellence and a proven track record of success, she is well-equipped to contribute to the IFLA Standing Committees Revision Working Group
